Aging Room Equipment

●The main equipment in aging room is reversible distribution machine or a moving conveyor belt system and multi-bucket excavator.

●Reversible moving distribution machine is one of the essential equipment in brick & tile production process. This equipment helps in distributing materials over the aging room in a sequence after mixing with water.

• Multi-bucket excavator takes the materials which go through the aging room in succession by using the bucket. Through chain drive and the buckets the materials are extracted easily from the heap and sent to the next process. According to the different structure, the multi-bucket excavator is divided into hydraulic multi-bucket excavator and bridge type multi-bucket excavator.
